There are several good websites giving information on autoimmune conditions. The best video I found recently (my sister actually) is on youtube by Dr. Eric Berg. He explains it in layman’s terms and illustrates the immune system. If interested, please click the link below:

In my very humble opinion I disagree with him.
You see….
I think that autoimmune is attacking microbes that we know little about so far – nano tech, microscopic worms, and infected tissue – so when the body is attacking what looks like itself – it is going for pathogens that our mainstream medicine world fails to explore more because they are la-la land with the drug world.
—
Hair loss – immune problems
thyroid stress – immune problems
lupus (or morgellons, eczema, etc) – immune problems.
—
the body is a system that is weakened from pathogens and a mix of things that imapir immune system function.
sugar arrests the immune system – that means stops it from working.
how many people with autoimmune disorders eat sugar and carbs that are porcessed liek sugar?
many!
firther, the dangerously low fat diet impairs immunity.
__
I believe autoimmune disorders also have connections to high heavy metals in the body – because um, we still use mercury in things folks – but also arsenic in water and we just get exposed –
then folks have low to no enzymes and some pathogens send out enzyme inhibitors –
the liver has been stressed for years because of the SAD diet
and then candidiasis is usually a culprit.
and some researchers found that fungal infections (to which there are new strains) morph in the presence of heavy metals in blood stream.
–
so to get healthy – we need a ten-pronged approach that chelates metals – reduces bad fungi – allows organs to work better – because the GI and gut is our second brain.

Thanks for the information, especially on fungal infections in the presence of heavy metals in the blood streams. Your points are precise and clear, but there are many opinions about autoimmune disorders. Promptly that they are misunderstood as to their causes. It is a mystery. In my experience, some medical doctors don’t even have knowledge of LEMS, as its rarity in the mainstream population. In my particular case, it is complicated. I will say one thing about Dr. Berg’s video. It is straightforward and easy to understand. He does lay out the complex immune system process. I’m looking for answers right now, as I have suffered with this disease several years.

wel I hope you find your answers and it does take detective work – I know first hand – and I thank God for showing me little by little and I am not a religious person but God did rock my world when he gave me insight at just the right time for this and that. so grateful.
and even though us humans have so much in common and the same system inside – we all have different exposures and co-infections.
and it also can take time to rebuild the terrain. –
I know some folks who go on antifungal dierts and tapeworm protocols and have amazing results – but they also supplement with needed amino acids and vitamins and minerals – cos it is not always about the scrubbing – cleansing is needed but an overly sterile gut is no bueno.
– some people have stuff in their system from when they were in the womb – shots their mom had or stuff from dad –
then we have exposures from water, air, food, and dental work – and shots.
_
I finally stopped thinking about this and that and just went for a system fortification so that my terrain would be so robust that no pathogens could live there – it takes years.
–
and side note – I once read a stufy about MS brains – this researcher has access to pateints’s brains after they died and guess what they all had – microscopic worms.
they already know there is a bacteria associated with MS and some argue maybe this small worm that goes undetected.
whew –
anyhow, sending good thoughts your way as you keep doing the detective work for your bioterrain and healing.
