I pivoted around taking my first blogging course. I have learned gradually since starting my blog last week. I joined this course to learn how to connect to others and the world. I commented on four blogs I haven’t commented on before: Maia Blessings, Impossiblebelong, Julz Crafts and Catherine MacDonald. These were inspirational, creative, spiritual, awakening and all were interesting. One presented crafts, which I admit I do not know much about but pretty and decorative to say the least. Thank you for sharing your blogs.
The course has been extremely helpful. I think your speaking on behalf of a lot of the students in the course, myself included.

I believe so. It took a blogging “dummy” like me as I’ve never blogged before now. I guess fear and lack of knowledge. Although I found some of the lessons to be a bit more challenging than others, it has been an overall good experience. Goodluck to you! Anne

I would like to develop my skills to become a writer and blogging is the starting point. I am sure your blog will be an interesting source of experiences that will contribute to improve ours. Looking for sites to learn how to write, I found the following ones:

– Jumpstart Your Journaling: A 31-Day Challenge: http://www.artofmanliness.com/2014/01/01/jumpstart-your-journaling-a-31-day-challenge/ This exercise is something similar to the one we are doing with Blogging 101

Your blog was creative and helpful. Thanks so much for the list of writers’ blogs and tips. I am fairly new to writing too. My experience as a writer started out as an accident. A couple of years ago, I was having tax issues. I took them to a tax accountant, who said I had writing talent. That surprised me. I thought he was kidding me at first but nearly two years later, I have three books published (my third one in the works now). Inspiration comes from different sources. Don’t undermine anything. It may be your meal ticket.

Anne, I love the way your blog looks, very elegant. I came across to see how you did the About Me Widget and I think I might use the About Me service for my widget.

Thank you so much, Violet. I did some more today just peddling around. I’m learning to blog gradually. Since I put the About Me widget on my blog, I’ve really gotten some nice comments. I wish you good luck on your blog. If you send me your blog address, I will take a look at it if you want. Anne
